CLASS 4 AND ABOVE WITH VALID LICENSE FOR THE CURRENT YEAR.
1. The
National Achieves and Library Agency has funds with the
employer’s budget to be used for the maintenance of existing Library
and Construction of new toilet in the agency’s compound.
2. The
National Achieves and Library Agency invites sealed bids from
eligible construction contractors of GC/BC class 4 and above.
3. Bidding
will be conducted in accordance with the open national tendering
procedures contained in the Public Procurement Proclamation of
Federal Government of Ethiopia and is open to all eligible bidders.
4. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information from Dynamic
planners PLC. Tel. 011-647 84 00 and inspect the bidding documents
at the address given below from 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Monday to Friday.
5. A
complete set of bidding Documents may be purchased as of March 14,
2008 by interested bidders at the address below at 7(B) and upon
payment of a non-refundable fee of 200 Birr.
6. Bids
must be delivered to the address below at 7(c) at or before 2:30
P.M. April 3, 2008. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security
2% of the bidding price payable of first demand addressed to the
employer. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the
presence of the bidders /representatives who choose to attend at the
address below at 7(D) at 3:00 P.M. April 3, 2008.

C. Bids must be delivered to: Office
