PART ONE
Coffee
Plantation Development Enterprise (CPDE) invites interested and
eligible bidders for the supply of different types of Agricultural
Machineries such as pumps, pulping machines, again mill, etc…
1. The
bid document shall be obtained from Supply Department against
payment of a non-refundable Birr 50.00 (Fifty Birr) during office
hours.
2. Bid
must be accompanied by a bid bond of not less than 2% of the total
price in the form of Bank Guarantee or C.P.O. or Cash.
3. Bids
should be prepared in two separate envelope Technical & Financial
proposal.
4. Bid
Bond should be submitted within Technical proposal, envelope.
5. Bidders
Can offer of partial or all items.
6. All
Bid Documents must be submitted in the tender box on or before March
27, 2008 at 9:30 A.M. local time.
7. Bid
will be Closed & opened Technical proposal on March 27, 2008 at
10:00 A.M. local time in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
8. Late
arrival of bid documents will not be accepted.
9. Coffee
Plantation Development Enterprise reserves the right to accept or
reject any or all bids.
