The Ethiopian
Development Research Institute (EDRI) invites all interested and
eligible bidders for the Installation & Configuration of MS.
Exchange service & MS. ISA server to enable its staff use
organizational mail exchange and implement internet security in its
existing network infrastructure.
1. Terms
of reference (TOR) can be obtained from the Institute Room No.406
(Finance Department), Payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 30
(Thirty) during office hours starting as of 24thh March, 2008 up to
presentation of documents indicated on item No. 4 below.
2. The
interested eligible bidders for Installation and configuration of MS
Exchange server & MS. ISA server work shall be fulfilled government
legal procedure, such as tax clearance certificate, VAT registration
certificate, supplier list registration and renewed license for the
year 2000 E.C.
3. Bidders
shall furnish as part of their bid, a bid security of 2% of the
total bid price in the form of cash payment order (CPO) from
recognized bank.
4. Bidders
have to submit their bids (technical and financial proposals
separately in sealed envelope including bid security) on 7 April,
2008 (Megabit 29, 2000) at 10:00 A.M.
5. Bids
shall be valid for a period of at least 90 days after the bid
opening date 7 April 2008 at 11:00 A.M.
6. Bids
will be opened on the same date 7 April, 2008 at 11:00 A.M. at the presence of the bidders/representatives who choose to attend the
above-mentioned office.
7. EDRI
reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
8. Bidders
should participate for the whole lot. Bidders should submit in
wax-sealed and stamped envelopes and should be address and marked as
follows:
