1. The
Federal HIV/AIDS Prevention & Control Office has funds to be used
for the procurement of:
Lot 1: Two Wagon
Lot 2: One Pick Up Cabin
2. Bidders
should provide copies of relevant and valid trade license as well as
registration certificate.
3. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information form and inspect the
bidding documents at HAPCO Procurement Section, Dembel City Center, 9th
floor, Bole Road, Tel. 0115-51 98 31, Fax 0115-50 33 95.
4. A
complete set of bidding document may be purchased by any interested
bidder upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 100 (One
Hundred).
5. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid security of not less than 2% of
the total bid price in the form of CPO, certified cheque, or a bank
guarantee and must be delivered to the above address on or before
10:00 A.M. April 15, 2008.
6. Bids
will be opened in the presence of bidders/representatives who choose
to attend at 10:00 A.M. on April 15, 2008 at the conference Room of
HAPCO. Late bids will be rejected.
7. HAPCO
reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
