office hours against a non-refundable payment of Birr 150 (One
Hundred Fifty) starting from the date of the notice. All bid must be
accompanied by a bid security of 1% Bid Bond before or on the
closing date in the form of Cashiers Payment Order (CPO) or Cash at
the bidder option. Bidders should submit their offers in the
wax-sealed and technical specification in a separate envelopes to
the company before or on April 04, 2008 at 10:00 A.M. Address as
