PART I NOTICE TO BIDDERS
1. The
Water Works Design and Supervision Enterprise now invites sealed
bids from pre-qualified Contractors for construction works under:
Lot -1 Construction of Shower and
Mini Store
Lot -2 Construction of Garage Shelter.
2. The
Bidder for the Construction of works should fulfilled certificate of
registration from the Ministry of Works and Urban Development with
Category GC-6 and above with license valid for current year.
3. A
complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested
bidders from the stated address and upon payment of non-refundable
fee of 50.00 Birr.
4. The
Bidders or his representative is advised to attend a pre-tender
meeting on March 26, 2008 at 10:00 A.M.
5. Bids
must be delivered to the above office on April 2, 2008 at 10:00 A.M. and must be accompanied by 1% security bid bond.
6. Bids
will be opened in the presence of bidders’ or their representatives
who choose to attend, April 2, 2008 at 10:30 A.M. at
Water Works Design and Supervision Enterprise Conference Room.
7. The
Water Works Design and Supervision Enterprise reserves the right to
accept or reject part or all of the bidding process.
