Re-Invitation for Bids
1. The
Tigray Region Water Resources, Mines & Energy Bureau is interested
to buy the following items listed below using the source budget of
food security.
2. The
Bureau invites eligible bidders to participate in this bid for the
supply of:

3. Bidders
are required to submit copies of their business license, VAT
registration certificate and TIN certificate and other necessary
documents renewed for the current fiscal year.
4. The
Bid price shall be valid for a period of 90 (Ninety) days
after Bid opening.
5. Bidders
should provide one “Original” and their Copies of
“Technical” and “Financial” documents separately.
6. A
complete set of bidding document can be purchased by any interested
eligible bidders on the submission of written application to the
address below up on payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 100.00 for
a lot from the bureau office No. 5.
7. Bids
must be accompanied by a bid security of 50,000.00 (Fifty Thousand)
in the farm of C.P.O. or bank guarantee issued through a reputable
bank, and should incorporate their bid bond on original Technical
part of their document.
8. Bidders
are required to submit the bid documents for each lot in separate
envelope.
9. Bidders
shall deliver their bid documents to the under mentioned address
before or on 17 April, 2008, closing time at 3:30 P.M.
10. Bids
shall be opened 17 April, 2008 at 4:00 P.M. in
the presence of the bidders or their representatives, who wish to
attend. Electronic bidding will not be permitted, late bids will be
rejected.
11. The
Bureau reserves the right to reject all or part of the bid.
