2. Bid
shall be valid for period of 90 day after the date of bid opening
and must be accompanied by a bid security of 1% of bid amount in the
form of Bank guarantee or CPO only.
3. Bid
closing date shall be on November 30/2008 GC at 9:00 A.M. and will
be opening on the same date at 9:15 A.M. Local time in Semera Works
and Urban Development Bureau Engineering Department in the presence
of interested bidders or their representatives.
4. The
Employer reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
