1. The
Ethiopian Red Cross Society invites all eligible bidders to
participate in the bid for supply of 69 MT. of Famix.
2. Interested
and eligible bidder who have renewed license for the year 2008 and
VAT registered can participate for the bid.
3. Bid
must be accompanied by a bid security of 20,000 Eth. Birr in
acceptable form of Bank guarantee or CPO.
4. Bid
document must be deposited in the Tender Box Located in the
procurement Office No. 120 within 10 days from the date of
announcement.
5. The
bid will be closed on the 10th day from the date of
announcement at 11;30 A.M. and opened on the same day at 2:30 PM in
the presence of interested bidders or their legal representatives at
the ERCS Library. If the, 10th day is holiday, the bid
will be opened on the next working day at 2:30 PM.
6. The
famix should meet the required standards.
7. The
Ethiopian Red Cross Society reserves the rights to reject any or all
bids.
