Invitation for The Procurement of
Office Equipment
Ethiopian
Telecommunications Corporation Jijiga Region invites sealed bid from
eligible bidders for the procurement of OFFICE EQUIPMENT.
1. The
Tender remains floating from November 13, 2008 until December 3,
2008. Bid documents can be obtain from ETC’s Jijiga Region Room No.
207 during office hours upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr
20 (Twenty Birr) . Bidders should submit all their renewed original
license & VAT certificate with copies (if they are registered ) when
they come to obtain the bid documents.
2. Bidders
shall furnish as part of their bid, security of Birr 3,000 (Birr
Three Thousand).
3. The
bid bond must be in either of the following form:
a)
Cash
b)
Certified cheque (CPO) issued by a recognized Bank or
c)
Bank guarantee from recognized Bank
4. Bidders
who wish to submit bid security in the form of cash are required t
deposit ETC t Jijiga Region, Room No. 203 before December 3, 2008 at
5:00 P.M. and produce the receipt during the bid opening.
5. Bidders
should prepare their offer in a wax-sealed envelope and deposit in
the box situated at Jijiga Region office No. 207 before December 3,
2008 at 5:00 P.M.
6. Bids
will be opened in the presence of interested bidders or their
representatives at ETC Region office on December 4, 2008 at 10:00
A.M.
7. Partial
bidding is allowed.
8. The
Corporation reserves the right to reject all or part of the bid.
