1. Justice
Organs Professional Training Center
has funds within the Employer’s
budget to be used for the procurement of Maintenance of Waste
Water Drainage System & Related Works.
2. The
Justice Organs Professional Training Center invites sealed bids from
eligible bidders for the provision of procurement of Maintenance of
Waste Water Drainage System & Related Works.
3. Bidding
will be conducted in accordance with the open national tendering
procedures contained in the Public Procurement Proclamation of the
Federal Government of Ethiopia and is open to all bidders from
eligible source counties.
4. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information from Construction
Design Share Company and inspect the bidding documents at the
address given below at 7(a) from 2:30 AM to 16:30 P.M.
5. A
complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased as of Hidar 05,
2001 E.C. by interested eligible bidders on submission of a written
application, VAT registration certificate, Registration certificate
from Ministry of Works & Urban Development, Trade license & Tax
clearance Certificate at the address below at 7(b) and upon payment
of a non-refundable fee of Birr 828.
6. Bids
must be delivered to the address below at 7(c) on or before 10:0 AM
Tahisas 06, 2000 EC. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security
of Birr 5,000 payable at first demand and addressed to the employer.
Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of
the bidders/representatives who choose to attend at the address
below at 7(d) at 10:30 AM on Tahisas 6, 2008.

Works Business Unit (Tel. 011440 06 17 Or 011442 08 00 EXT.163).

Water Works Business Unit at working hours.

Bids must be delivered to: At Justice Organs Professional
Training Center Ground floor in Room No.2 (Near Mekel Flower Hotel)
at or before 10:00 A.M. on Tahisas 06, 2001.

8. The
Employer reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
