CORE Consulting
Engineers Plc invites sealed bids for eligible suppliers for the
supply of drilling rig and accessories.
1. Eligible
bidders should have business license valid for the current year,
copy of registration certificate from the Ministry of Finance and
Economic Development and supporting letter from Inland Revenue
authority, and VAT registration certificate.
2. Bid
document and detail information can be obtained from CORE Consulting
Engineers Plc main office, Administration and Finance Department in
Addis Ababa, Nifas Silk Lafto Sub City K/04 during office hours up
on payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 200.00 (Two Hundred Birr)
for the bid document.
3. All
bidders must be accompanied by a bid bond amount not less than 2% of
the total bid amount furnished by certified cheque (CPO) issued by a
domestic bank in the name of CORE Consulting Engineers Plc so as to
reach on or before December 16, 2008 at 10:00 A.M. local time.
4. The
delivery place is at CORE Consulting Engineers Plc store at Addis
Ababa and price should be set accordingly.
5. Bid
reply shall be put into the tender box prepared for this purpose at
CORE Consulting Engineers Plc main office, Administration and
Finance Department at Addis Ababa, Nifas Silk Lafto Sub City k/04 on or
before December 16, 2008 at 10:00 A.M. local time. Bids received after the closing time will be automatically
rejection.
6. Bids
will be opened in the presence of interested bidders or their
representatives on the same date. December 16, 2008 at 10:30 A.M. local time in the company’s meeting room.
7. CORE
Consulting Engineers Plc reserves the right to reject all or parts
of this bid.
