The Ethiopian
Shipping Lines Share Company invites interested eligible bidders who
can maintain lawn with attractive clean area, shrub and bordered
flower beds including trees walkways within eth landscape located at
Babugaya Martime Training Institute Debrezeit. A complete set of bid
document can be obtained from Ethiopian Shipping Lines office 2nd
floor General Service Division against payment of non-refundable
Birr 150.00 (One Hundred and Fifty) during office hours after
furnishing evidence for fulfilling of eligibility criteria.
Bidders should submit renewed license, registration certificate form
concerned government bodies and demonstrate previous landscape
works. Bids must be accompanied by bid security of 2% of the bid
amount in the form of certified check (CPO).
Bids should be
submitted in a separate wax-sealed envelope as listed below
Envelope one Bid security in the form of certified
check (CPO)
Envelope two Financial proposal with original and
copy
Within 10(ten)
working days from the date of announcement in The Ethiopian Herald.
Bid closing date
shall be on the 10th working day at 5:00 P.M. local time. The Bidders may visit Babugaya Maritime Training Institute
located around Debre Zeit at their own cost in order to assess the
nature and cost of landscape and greenery works. Visit date shall be
on the 5th working days counting from the date of
announcement on The Ethiopian Herald.
Bid shall be
opened on the 11th (eleventh) working day at 10:00 AM local time in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
Bid received
after due date, incomplete in any respect and/or not accompanied by
the required documents are liable to be rejected Ethiopian Shipping
Lines reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the bid.
