Supply and installation of Air Conditioners & Ventilators
1. The
Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has received a credit from
the International Development (IDTAD) Project and it intends to
apply part of the proceeds of the loan to payments under the
contract for the supply and installation of air conditioner and
ventilator.
2.
The ICTAD Project now invites sealed bids from eligible
bidders for the supply and installation of the air conditioners and
ventilators at Ethiopian Computer Refurbishment Center (ERTC)
located at Akaki.
3. Bidding
will be conducted under the National Competitive bidding
procedures in accordance with the World Bank Guidelines:
Procurement under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits to be found in the
following website:
www.worldbank.org/procure and is open to all bidders from
eligible source countires as defiend in the guidelines.
4. Interested

5. Qualifications
requirements include: Bidders should present currently renewed Trade
License, VAT registration certificate.
6. A
complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested
eligible bidders on the submission of a written application
certificate from responsible government bureau of Ethiopian ICT
Development Agency, ICT Assisted Development Project, Dembel City Center, 11th
floor using left No.2 or 3,upon payment of a non-refundable fee of
ETB 100.
7. Bids
must be submitted to Ethiopian ICT Development Agency, ICT Assisted
Development Project, at or before 3:00 P.M. on December 18, 2008.
8. All
bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security Birr 16,000 in the
form of CPO, Certified Cheque, or and Bank Guarantee.
9. Bids
will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives
who choose to attend at Ethiopian ICT Development Agency, ICT
Assisted Development Project at
4:00 P.M. on December 18, 2008.
