Livestock Crop
&Rural Development Bureau invites eligible bidder for Veterinary
Laboratory equipment chemicals & Office furniture’s Purchasing in 3
different packages under the following terms & conditions.
1. The
bid document shall be obtained from LCRDB General Service office
against payment of non-refundable Birr 100 (One Hundred Birr) during
office hours from the date of announcement.
2. Bid
must be accompanied by a bid bond of 2% of the total bid price in
the form of CPO.
3. Bid
document shall be submitted in to two sealed separate envelopes i.e.
technical and financial proposal each having one original and one
copy.
4. The
Bid bond, renewed trade license and VAT Registration certificate and
other pertinent documents shall be submitted with bid document.
5. The
bid document shall be purchased from the date of announcement up to
15 consecutive days.
6. Bidders
should submit their offers in wax-sealed envelopes before on the 20th
day before 9:30 A.M. and the bids will be opened on the same date at
11:00 A.M. in the presence of the bidders or their representatives.
7. LCRDB
reserves the right to reject part of all bids.
8. The
interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the
General Service office of Livestock Crop & Rural Dev. Bureau.
