1. The
Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahedo Church Addis Ababa Diocese Mierafe
Kidusan Filege Hiwot Abune Gebre menfes Kidus & Abune Aregawi
Monastery Parrish Administrative Office invites eligible bidders
who would be financially or technically capable to furnish the
necessary labor, material and equipment for the construction and
completion of Compound Asphalt Roads Project.
2. A
complete set of bidding documents may be purchased as of 01 Hidar
2001 by any interested bidder on a submission of a written
application to Saris Abo Church Administrative Office, Addis Ababa
upon payment of Birr 1500.00 (One Thousand Five Hundred Birr).
Additional sets of documents may be purchased each at the same
price.
3. Bidders
may obtain further information from and inspect and acquire the
bidding documents at Saris Abo Church Administrative Office.
4. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid security, 1% of the bid amount to
a maximum of Birr 100,000 (One Hundred Thousand Birr) from
recognized financial institutions payable on first demand, addressed
to Saris Abo Church Administrative office.
5. Bids
should be submitted in a wax-sealed envelope on or before 30 Hidar
2001 at 12:00 A.M. local time. at the flowing address: Saris Abo
Church Administrative Office.
6. Bids
will be opened in the presence of those bidder/representatives who
choose to attend on the same date and place, at 2:30 P.M. local time at the office of Saris Abo Church Administrative Office.
7. The
construction of the works shall be completed within a maximum of 240
Calendar days from the commencement of the work.
8. The
employer reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
All Bids must include 15% Value Added
Tax on the summary of Price.
Bidders are instructed to fill, sign
and seal at each and all the forms and pages of the bid documents..
Failures of this instruction are automatic rejection.
Bidders are instructed to submit One
“Original” and Two “Photocopies” of the Original Instruction to
bidders, Bid Bond & Tender Document with all entries and to be
sealed under separate envelopes.
