Somali Regional
State, Prison Commission invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders
for the Constructional Works of (Two Blocks), for Jijiga Prison
Expansion project, and (One Kitchen Blocks and Repairing doors and
windows) for Gode Prison Expansion.
1. Interested
eligible Bidders or their representatives may purchase the bidding
documents from the Office of SRS-Prisons Commission HQ in Jijiga
during the normal working hours. Upon payment of non-refundable fee
Birr 200 including VAT.
2. Bidders
should enclose currently renewed license, VAT and Taxpayers
registration certificate with their bids.
3. Bids
must be delivered in one envelope enclosed original and copy and
accompanied by a bid bond 1% of the bid amount in the form of CPO or
certified check or Bank Guarantee.
4. Bids
must be delivered in person to prisons commission HQ in wax-sealed
envelope with statement “NOT TO OPENED” within 10 days after the
announcement or published in The Ethiopian Herald.
5. Bids
will be opened at the same date at 9:30 A.M. local time in the Conference Hall of Prisons Commission.
6. The
Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
