eligible bidders to procure the following items.

1. The
Tender remains floating from November 17, 2008 to December 8, 2008.
Bid Documents can be obtained from ETC’s Head Office Room No. 207
and 206 during office hours upon payment of non-refundable fee of
Birr 30.00 (Thirty Birr) for each tender. Bidders should submit
their relevant renewed license (original & copies) when they come to
obtain the bid document.
2. Bidders
shall furnish as part of their Bid, Bid security as follows;

3. The
Bid bond must be in either of the following form

4. Bidders
who wish to submit Bid security in the form of cash are required to
deposit to our Head office 3rd Floor Room No. 311 before
9:30 A.M. and produce the receipt during the respective Bid opening
time.
5. Bidders
should prepare their offer in a wax-sealed envelope and deposit in
the box situated at ETC’s Head office 1st floor Room No.
110 on or before December 8, 2008 at 5:30 P.M.
6. Bids
will be opened in the presence of interested bidders or their
representatives on the following date and time at ETC’s Head Office
Room No. 111.
