1. Interested
bidders can obtain the bid documents from Dejenna Endowment,
Business Development Department upon payment of non-refundable Birr
100.00 (One Hundred) from date of issuance of this bid on The
Ethiopian Herald.
2. Bidders
must submit a photocopy of currently renewed and valid business
license.
3. All
bidders must be accompanied by a bid security of 2% on the price
offered for the material in the form of bank guarantee or C.P.O.
(insurance bond is not acceptable).
4. Bidders
should submit their offer referring Bid No. MPF 019/2792/02/08 in a
wax-sealed envelope indicating technical and financial offers
separately up to December 18, 2008 until 2:00 P.M. local time.
5. Bids
will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives
on December 19, 2008 at 2:30 P.M.
6. Maichew
Particleboard Factory Plc reserves the right to accept or reject any
or all bids.
