The Somali
Regional State Education Bureau invites all interested and eligible
bidders with renewed license valid for 2008 for furnishing the
necessary labour, material, equipment, supplying of furniture,
supervision and design study for the listed lots.
Lot 1 --- construction of
Jijiga
Boarding School
phase 1
Lot 2 --- construction of
Hargele
Secondary
School
Lot 3 --- supplying of
furniture for Jijiga
millennium High School
Lot 4 --- supplying of
furniture for Shilbo
Secondary School
Lot 5 --- supplying of
furniture for Kebri-dehar
Secondary school
Lot 6 --- design study for expansion of Jijiga TTI
and supervising and contract
administration work for on going, and
new project under the bureau.
1. For
Lot ---1 contract should be category GC/BC 3 and above
2. For
Lot ---2 contract should be category GC/BC 4 and above
3. For
Lot ---3 up to 5 those who have renewed furniture supply license
4. For
Lot ---6 those who have renewed grade 5 consulting license
5. Bid
document may be purchased at the office of Somali Regional State
Education Bureau Planning and Programming Department up on
submission of written application and non-refundable fee of 1,000
Birr for Lot 1, 750 Birr for Lot 2, 300 Birr for
the remaining lots.
6. All
bids must be accompanied by bid security 2% of bid document valid
for 180 days in the form of CPO or bank guaranty only.
7. Bid
must be submitted to Somali Regional State Education Bureau Planning
and Programming Department, Before or on 07/04/2001.
8. Bid
will be opened on 08/04/2001 at 4:30 A.M. in the presence of
bidders or legal representatives.
9. The
Somali Regional State Education Bureau has a right to accept or
reject the bid.
