To all
competitive reprinting Enterprise (bidder) with pertinent license,
relevant experience, qualification and that have settled their tax
related obligations.
1. The
Somali Regional State Education Bureau invites interested and
eligible bidders for the reprinting of primary & Secondary
Textbooks.
2. The
bid document may be obtained from the SRS Education Bureau office
Room No. 5 upon non-refundable fee of Birr 150.00 (One Hundred Fifty
Birr only) within 15 consecutive calendar days staring form the date
of this bid announcement during the official working hours upon
presentation of certificate of Registration from concerned Gov’t
Agency and currently renewed trade License as well as VAT
certificate.
3. Bids
must be accompanied by a bid security bond in an acceptable form of
2% of the total bid amount in separate envelope by Certified Cheque
(C.P.O).
4. The
bid shall be closed on immediately after completing the date of
advertising at 5:00 P.M. and will be opened on the 2nd
day at 9:00 A.M. at the Regional Education Bureau.
