1. The
Abijata Soda Ash Share Company invites interested contractors to
submit sealed tenders for construction of pond Rehabilitation and
Dyke Maintenance.
2. To
be eligible for tendering this project, must be duly, registered as
such with the Ministry of Infrastructures. In category V & above as
General Contractor, with license valid for the current year 2000
Ethiopian Calendar and who have VAT Registration Certificate.
3. Inspection
and acquisition of the Tendering documents and further information

4. A
complete set of bidding document for contract may be purchased by
interested, eligible tenders at the above office, on submission of a
written application and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB
50 (Birr Fifty).
5. All
tenders must be accompanied by a security bid in the form and the
amount as specified in the Tendering documents and must be delivered

Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence

reject any or all Tenders without any reason whatsoever. |
