City Service Office invites interested Contractors of Category GC01
or RC01 to submit wax-sealed financial proposals or bids for the
maintenance of “ABAY
MADO RING ROAD-GHION SECONDARY SCHOOL
to be eligible for bidding
for this project the Contractors must have their professional
license valid for the year 2001 E.C. and Registered for VAT.
1. Inspection
and acquision of the Tendering documents and further information can

2. A
complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by all contenders
those who renewed three license and paid all tax needed from them
for the year at the above office on submission of a written
application and up on payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 1000
(One Thousand Birr only) at or before 2:30 P.M. of the 10th
day of the announcement.
3. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the form and the
amount as specified in the bidding documents and must be delivered

4. Financial
proposals will be opened for responsive bidders after 10th
day of the announcement at 3:00 P.M. in the presence of
bidders/representatives who choose to attend.

original and two copies for each should be submitted.
6. The
Bahir Dar City service office reserves
the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without any reason
