Bid document can be obtained from the
Purchasing Division against the payment of non-refundable Birr 50
/Fifty/.
Bidders are required to submit the
following documents with their bid.
1.
Copy of renewed license
2.
Clearance from Inland revenue
3.
VAT Registration certificate
4.
Registration certificate from MOFED, and
5.
Authorization letter from the supplier
Bids must be delivered to the
Commercial Department on or/before 10:00 A.M. in wax-sealed until
December 9, 2008, and must be accompanied by a bid security of 2% in
the form of CPO or Bank Guarantee.
Bid will be opened in the presence of
bidders or their representatives at 10:30 A.M. on December 9, 2008
at the office of Commercial Department.
The Share Company reserves the right
to reject the bid fully or partially.
