The Deutsche
Gesellschaft fur Technische Zusammenarbeit (GTZ Office, Addis Ababa)
desires to outsource the front office (reception area) services at
the Engineering Capacity Building Program office (ECBP) and would
like to conclude a framework agreement with a company, which may
render a professional front office management services. The GTZ
Office Addis Ababa, therefore, invites eligible and competent firms
to submit their offer together with their company profile and other
supporting documents showing their track records.
Tender documents
may be obtained form the reception desk of GTZ Office, Addis Ababa
whose address is Kirkos sub city Kebele 18, German House starting
form November 3 to November 7, 2008.
All bids
documents must be submitted in the tender box at the reception desk
of the German House on or before
November 25, 2008 at 16:00 hrs.
Bids will be opened on December 1st at 16:00 hrs in the
presence of bidders or their legal representatives, at the GTZ
Office, Addis Ababa, German House.
Only short
listed companies may be invited for further discussion and detailed
briefings.
The GTZ Office,
Addis Ababa reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
