1. The
ISLAMIC DA’WAT & KNOWLEDGE ASSOCIATION now invites wax-sealed bids
from eligible bidders for furnishing the necessary labour, materials
and equipments for the Construction and Completion of CLASSROOMS
AND ADMINISTRATION BUILDING to be located in
JIMMA TOWN, OROMIA REGION, ETHIOPIA.
2. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information from, and inspect
the biding documents at, the office of KAMANI STUDIO, ARCHITECTS
AND CONSULTING ENGINEERS, P.O. BOX NO. 1265, TELEPHONE: 011 122 21
95, ADDIS ABABA
3. A
complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by any interested
eligible bidder on the submission of a written application to the
above and upon payment of non-refundable Birr 900. Additional set of
documents may be purchased each at the same price.
4. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid security, in an acceptable form,
1% of the bid amount, and must be delivered to ISLAMIC DA’WAT &
KNOWLEDGE ASSOCIATION TELEPHONE. 011 3200906, Addis Ababa on or
before 12:00 hours on 19th November 2008 (10th
Hidar 2001). Bid validity required is 90 days.
5. Bids
will be opened in the presence of those bidders/representatives who
choose to attend on the same date at
14:00 hours at the Main Office of
ISLAMIC DA’WAT & KNOWLEDGE ASSOCIATION, MAKANISSA,
ADDIS ABABA.
6. The
employer reserves the right to reject any or all bids. |
