Invitation to Local Bid
DRUGS & MEDIAL SUPPLIES
1. MERLIN,
an International non-government humanitarian organization, now
invites eligible bidders for the supply of Drugs and Medial
Supplies for a project in Bale Zone founded by ECHO.
2. The
Tender Documents can be purchased for ETB 100 (One Hundred Birr
only), non-refundable, from the MERLIN office during the working
hours from the 24th November 2008 at 10:00 A.M. until 28th
November 2008 at 5:00 P.M. (date inclusive). Merlin is located in Bole Kifle Ketema, Keble 06,
House No.658, (opposite to Teshomech Kitfo)

3. One
original and one copy of the bid, in separate envelopes mark3d
‘Original’ and ‘Copy’ should be submitted in a sealed covered
envelope at the office of MERLIN not later than 09 December 2008 at
5;00 P.M. All bids should include the aforementioned Tender
Documents and be accompanied by the firm profile, past performance
record and other relevant credentials, as well as a bid security in
the form of bank guarantee for 5% (Five Percent) of the bid amount.
4. Bids
will be opened in the presence of Bidders or their representatives
who choose to attend at 10:00 A.M. the 11th December 2008
at the Conference Room of Merlin Ethiopia.
5. Merlin
reserves the right to reject the whole or part of any all bids. |
