1. Oromia
Water Resources Bureau obtained a budget From its Regional
Government of Oromia for the cost of procurement of Stationery
Materials (Different Size Papers, Tanners, Pens, Office Equipments &
etc) for its Bureau and
would like to invite interested Bidders.
2. Therefore,
interested eligible bidders are invited to participate on this bid
for the supply of the Stationary Material in One
Lot.
3. Bidders
can obtain further information from our
Bole Road Office, Fifth Floor, Room
NO. 510, Procurement Section, P.O. Box 8630, Tel. 50 96 22, Fax. No.
51 77 56 Finfinnee.
4. Complete
set of bidding document can be purchased from the above office upon
payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 50 (Fifty Birr Only)
and upon submission of copy of 2000/01 E.C. renewed relevant
license, Registration certificate issued from Ministry of Finance &
Economic Development and Registration Card for VAT & TIN together
with written application.
5. Bids
accompanied by a bid bond of not less than 1% of the bid price in
the form of CPO or Bank guarantee bond must be submitted to
the above office on or before
December 02, 2008 at 10:00 A.M. Bids
documents are prepared in English Language.
6. Bids
will be opened at the presence of bidders/representatives on the
same date December 02,
2008 at 10:30 A.M. at the
office of the Bureau Herald.
7. The
Bureau reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
