1. The
Somali Regional State Health Bureau has secure budget from the
government treasury. It is intended that a part of budget will be
used for procurement of the following lots.
Lot I
Standard Furniture’s for Jalanqo and
Guaradamole Health Centers
Lot II Standard Furniture’s for West Gode and
God
Usbo Health Center
Lot III Standard Furniture’s for Tulii Guled,
Harooraysa and Tog Wajale Health
Center
Lot IV Standard Furniture’s for Garbo Health
Centers
Lot V Standard Furniture’s for Asbuli and Biki
Health
Centers
Lot VI Standard Furniture’s for Hadagale and
Shinile
Health Centers
Lot VII Standard Furniture’s for Bambas and
Fafan Health Center
2. The
Somali Regional Health Bureau invites sealed bids from eligible
Suppliers. Bidders are required to provide a valid trade license
from the appropriate government body and registered suppliers list
from MOFED/BOFED.
3. Bidding
document may be purchased at Somali Regional State Health Bureau,
Tel. (025) 775 20 22 Or 775 24 72 Or 775 28 44, Fax. (025) 775 24
65, for a non-refundable fee of 200 Birr during the government
working hours.
4. Bid
shall be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening and must be
accompanied by security of not less than 2% of the bid amount or its
equivalent in CPO or Bank guarantee and shall be delivered to
equivalent in CPO or Bank guarantee and shall be delivered to Somali
Regional State Health Bureau on or before 11/112/2008.
5. Bids
will be opened in the presence of bidders/representatives who choose
to attend at 10:00 A.M. on 12/12/2008 at Somali Regional Health Bureau,
Jijiga, Ethiopia.
6. The
Bureau reserves the right to reject all or part of the bids.
