To all
consultants of category II and above with current valid license.
1. The
Adama Gimb Trade Sh. Co. invites wax-sealed bids from eligible
bidders of Consultant CAT II and above.
2. Bidders
will be conducted in accordance with the open Tendering procedures
contain in the public procurement proclamation of the FDR of
Ethiopia and it is open to all eligible bidders.
3. Interested
eligible bidders can by bidding document from Adama Gimb Trade Sh.
Co. Office Tel. 0911 74 81 23 submitting written application VAT
Registration Certificate, MoWUD Registration Certificate. Trade and
Industry License upon payment of non-refundable fee of 350 (Three
Hundred Fifty) during working days from 8:30 A.M. -4:45 P.M.
4. Bids
must be delivered to the address at (3) for 30 days from the first
day of announcement at or before 12:00 A.M. All bids must be
accompanied by a bid security of 1% of the bid amount payable at the
first demand or CPO.
5. Bids
will be opened on the above submission day at 2:30 P.M. with the present of the bidders or their representatives wish to be
present at Adama Giama Gimb Trade Sh. Co. Office.
6. The
bidder shall seal the original, bid security and all copies of the
bid for inner envelopes i.e. (Technical and Financial Proposal/ one
original and one copy/ for both and bid security) and one outer
envelope marking the inner envelope “ORIGINAL” and “COPY” BOTH FOR
THE” Technical and Financial offer”.
7. Copy
documents should be the photocopy of the original document.
8. Bidders
are advised to read the instruction to bidders and fill, sign and
seal all the forms of the bid document.
Failure to do
this leads to automatic rejection of the bid.
9. All
bids must be accompanied with Value Added Tax (VAT) and it should be
clearly indicated on the summary of the price.
10. The
Adama Gimb Trade Sh. Co. has the right to reject any or all bids.
