2. The
Bid Documents shall be purchased form AAWSA’s Procurement Division,
Office No. 223, located at Megenagan, P.O. Box 1505, Addis Ababa,
Ethiopia, Tel. 011-00 10, 011-662 18 02, Fax (251-011) 662 39 24
against payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 100 during office
hours upon presentation of registration certificate from Federal
Ministry of Finance and Economic Development, renewed trade License
for the year & VAT registration certificate.
3. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information at the office of
AAWSA’s Procurement Division located at Megenangna, P.O. Box 1505,
Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, Tel. 011-662 00 10, 011-662 18 02, Fax.
(251-011) 662 39 24.
4. All
bids be accompanied by bid bond of Birr 10,001 as per ITB caluse 14
of the bid document, in the form of Bank Guarnatee or Certified
Payment Order (C.P.O.) or Cash. Bid Bond in any other form shall not
be acceptable.
5. Bids
shall be submitted in a sealed envelopes. One original and one copy.
6. All
eligibility certificates cited herein above should be found in the
original technology envelope, and are submitted in the tender box on
the closing date.
7. Bid
bond should be in a separate envelope and be submitted n the tender
box together with the original technical envelope.
8. All
bids must be deposited in the tender box prepared for this purpose
at or before 10:00 A.M. local time on 25/12/2008.
9. Bids
will be opened in the presence of bidders and/or their official
representatives who wish to attend, on 25/12/2008 at 10:30 A.M. local time.
10. Failure
to comply with any of eth conditions in form number 1 to 8 will
result in automatic rejection.
11. The
Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
