3.      A complete set of tendering document (Request for Proposal) May be purchased by interested eligible bidders on the above office Finance, procurement and asset administration process, office No. 29, Tel. 251 582 20 61 26 on Submission of written application and upon payment of non-refundable fee of 200 Eth. Birr during working hours of 25 successive days starting from 2^nd date of the annulment on this advertisements on The Ethiopian Herald. The final submission date of the proposal will Technical proposal will be opened on 26^th date of this announcement at 3:00 P.M. and the Financial proposals will be opened on 10^th day of the technical bid opening date for responsive bids in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend if the opening day is not working day then opening will be on the next working day. Late bid will be returned un opened.
