The Ministry of
National Defense, Defense Infrastructure and Construction Sector
intends to procure: design, supply, installation and commissioning
services for the following works;
Commercial kitchen equipment and
furnishing
Commercial laundry equipment and furnishing
Diagnostic laboratory furnishing
1. Bid
document can be obtained from the (DIACS) during office hours
against a non-refundable payment of Birr 100 (One Hundred Birr) from
the date of the Issuance of this bid on The Ethiopian Herald.
2. Bidders
should submit all their renewed original license and VAT certificate
with copies (if they are registered). When they come to obtain the
bid documents.
3. Bidders
shall furnish as part of their bid, security of Birr 50,000.00
(Fifty Thousand). The Bid Bond must be in either of the form :-
a)
Cash
b)
Certified cheque (CPO) issued by a recognized Bank or
c)
Bank guarantee from recognized Bank
4. Bidders
should submit their offers in wax-sealed envelopes to the (DIACS)
before or November 28, 2008 at 10:00 A.M. local time.
5. Bid
will be opened in the presence of bidders or their legal
representatives on November 28, 2008 at 10:30 A.M. local time.
6. The
(DIASC) reserves the rights to accept or reject any or all bids.
