Invitation for Bids for Harar TVET College

1.      Harari people National Regional State Education Bureau now invites all eligible bidders with renewed license valid for the year and Value Added Tax (VAT) registered under contract for the supply of programmable logic controller (PLC) trainer LC Modular type. A complete set of bidding document can be purchased by non refundable fee of Birr 200 (Two Hundred) starting from 27^th of November 2008 from Harari People National Regional State Education Bureau, Tel. 025 6 66 27 12 Fax 251 05 66 23 85, Room No.25.

2.      Interested eligible bidders can obtain further information from the above address.

3.      Bid shall be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening and all bids must be accompanied by a bid security of not less than 2% of the total bid price as a certified check CPO or Bank guarantee.

4.      Sealed bids shall be delivered to the above address on or before 2:30 P.M. 24^th of December 2008.

5.      Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives who choose to attend at 3:00 P.M. 24^th of December 2008 at the head of the Education Bureau Room No. 25.

6.      The contract work shall be completed with a maximum of 30 calendar days from the commencement of the work.

7.      The Bureau reserves the right to reject or accept all or part of the bid.
