1. The
Amhara Rural Roads Authority /ARRA/ invites all eligible bidders to
submit bid offer for the DETAILED ENGINEERING DESIGN AND TENDER
DOCUMENT PREPARATION OF
EBNATE-AMDWORK Rural Road Project.
2. Interested
bidders is category 3 and above with valid trade license for the
current Ethiopian budget year can obtain a complete set of bidding
document from Amhara Rural Roads Authority, Bahir Dar, upon payment
of a non-refundable fee of Birr 200.00.
3. Bidders
are required to present certificate of Value Added Tax/VAT/
registration and Tax payer Identification Number /TIN/
4. Duplicate
copies of Bid offer with separate Technical Qualification Document
and Financial Proposal Document in wax-sealed envelopes, labeled as
Original and Copy shall be placed in the bid box along with a bid
security in an acceptable form amounting not less than 1% of bid
offer on or before the closing date Dec. 18, 2008 at 2:00 P.M. at
the Amhara Rural Roads Authority Contract Administration Division,
Bahir Dar.
5. Bids
will be opened on the same date at 2:30 P.M. in the premises of ARRA.
6. The
Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
7. Interested
