German Agro
Action (Welthungerhilfe) an international NGO,
in collaboration with USAID/OFDA
wants to invite all interested and eligible bidders to
construct/drill 1(one) deep Well for the “Emergency Water,
Sanitation & Hygiene Project” to be implemented by CCF Ethiopia in
Soda Woreda in Guraghe Cone and Silti Woreda in Silti Zone, SNNPR.
All bidders shall provide written application with original and
copies of the following legal documents:-
1. License
allowing for well drilling and construction defining the legal
status with renewal for the year under consideration.
2. VAT
Registration and tax payer registration certificate with TIN number.
3. Registration
Certificate with Ministry of Finance or Trade and Water and Sewerage
Authority.
Bid documents
can be obtained from German Agro Action (Welthoungerhilfe)
Regional Office Addis Ababa located at Bole road in front of DH
Geda Tour 100m from the main road, in Bole sub city Kebele 03/05
during office hours.
The bid closing
date shall be on 10 days later at 5:00 P.M. All bids must be accompanied by a 2% of bid bond in the form of C.P.O.
The bid shall be wax-sealed and vividly marked bid for deep well
construction. All bids shall be inserted in the bid box placed in
the above mentioned address.
The bid will be
opened at GAA Regional Office, Addis Ababa on next day
December 08, 2008 at 9:30 AM. The
tender opening procedure can be attended by bidders or their legal
representatives.
Bidders are
requested to fulfill all the necessary details in the bid documents.
Bidders who fail to fill and submit the bid document may not be
considered for further bid evaluation.
GAA reserves the
right to fully or partly cancel the bid.
