Tender for the procurement of
Different Textiles
Ethiopian
Telecommunications Corporation (ETC) invites sealed bids from
eligible bidders for the procurement of different textiles (Light
blue, Dark blue, Kaki & Poplin).
1. The
Tender remains floating form December 01. 2008 to December 22, 2008.
Bid Documents can be obtained from ETC’s Head Office Room No. 207
from 8:30 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. upon
payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 30.00 (Thirty Birr). Bidders
should submit their renewed original license & VAT certificate with
copies when they come to obtain the bid documents.
2. Bidders
shall furnish as part of their Bid, Bid security of Birr 20,000.00
(Birr Twenty Thousand).
3. The
Bid bond must be in either of the following form:
a)
Cash
b)
Certified cheque (CPO) issued by a recognized Bank or
c)
Bank guarantee from recognized bank.
4. Bidders
who wish to submit Bid security in the form of cash are required to
deposit to our Head office 3rd floor Room No. 311 until
December 23, 2008 at 9:45 A.M. and produce the receipt during the bid opening.
5. Bidders
should prepare their offer in a wax-sealed envelope and deposit in
the box situated at ETC’s Head office 1st floor Room No.
110 on or before December 22, 2008 up to 5:30 P.M.
6. Bids
will be opened in the presence of interested bidders or their
representatives at 10:00 A.M. on December 23, 2008 at ETC’s Head
Office Room No.111.
7. Partial
bid is allowed.
8. The
Corporation reserves the right to reject all or part of the bids.
