Bid Document for the our Sourcesing
of
Slaughter Services
1. Adama
City Administration invites all eligible and competitive bidders for
Concession of slaughtering service, who registered for VAT, with
recent Tax Clearance from the respective inland revenue authority
and registration license from concerned body and willing to
undertake the stated service for Adama Municipality.
2. A
complete set of bidding document can be purchased by any interested
eligible bidder on the submission of a written application from
Adama City Administration Office Addressed below upon submission of
non-refundable fee of Birr 200 (Birr Two Hundred) only.
3. One
original and copy of the financial proposal shall be produced in
different wax-sealed envelopes labeled as original and copy and must
be placed in the bid box along with the bid security in on
acceptable form of amounting 15 of bid offer on or before November
18, 2008 at 9:00 A.M. and closed at indicated 9:00 A.M. at the same
address below.
4. Bidders
must the minimum qualification criteria for their bid offers to be
opened. Un qualification bidders bid offers will be returned
unopened to the bidder.
5. Qualification
information will be opened in the presence of the bidder or their
authorized representatives who choose to attend on November 18, 2008
at 10:00 A.M. at same address. Bid offers of qualified bidders will be opened in the
same place.
6. The
Employer reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
