1. The
Ethiopian Institute of Agricultural Research (EIAR) now invites
sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Laboratory chemicals,
Laboratory supplies, Laboratory equipment and Fertilizers.
2. Bidders
may obtain further information from and collect the bid document
against payment of non-refundable Birr 50 or its equivalent in a
freely convertible currency at the Office of:

3. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of Birr 3,000
or its equivalent in a freely convertible currency in the form of
cash or C.P.O. Late bids will be rejected. Bids must be delivered to
the above office on or before 10:00 A.M. local time on December 11,
2008.
4. Bids
will be opened in the presence of all bidders or their
representatives who choose to attend at 10:30 A.M. local time on the
same day December 11, 2008 at the
Conference Room of the Ethiopian Institute of Agricultural Research
at the above mentioned address.
5. The
Ethiopian Institute of Agricultural Research reserves the right to
accept or reject any or all bids. |
