INVITATION FOR OFFICE
FURNITURE'S & EQUIPMENTS
Ethiopian
Telecommunications Corporation Southern Regional Office invites
sealed bids from eligible bidder for the procurement of Office
Furniture’s & Equipments.
1. The
Tender remains floating from November 3, 2008 until to December
1, 2008. Bid Documents can be obtained from Addis Ababa ETC’s
Fixed Line Legehar Building 3rd floor Office Room No. 332
during office hours upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 30.00
(Thirty Birr) for each bid numbers. Bidders should submit all their
renewed original license &VAT certificate with copies (if they are
registered) when they come to obtain the bid documents.
2. Bidders
shall furnish as part of their bid, security of Birr 1% from their
total bidding amount i.e not exceeded than Birr 100,000.00 (One
Hundred Thousand Birr).
3. The
Bid bond must be in either of the following form
a)
Cash
b)
Certified cheque (CPO) issued by a recognized Bank or
c)
Bank guarantee from recognized bank.
4. Bidders
who wish to submit Bid security in the form of cash are required to
deposit to ETC’s Fixed Line Legehar Building
underground cash before,
December 1, 2008 at 5:30
P.M. and produce the receipt during the bid opening.
5. Bidders
should prepare their offer in a wax-sealed envelope and deposit in
the box situated at 3rd floor room No. 321 on or before
December 1, 2008 at 5:30 P.M.
6. Bids
will be opened in the presence of interested bidders or their
representatives at ETC’s Fixed Line Legehar Building 4th
floor room No. 420 on
December 2, 2008 at 2:00 P.M.
7. Partial
bid is allowed to OFB/No/O1/08 & OEBNo./O1/08
8. The
Corporation reserves the right to reject all or part of the bids.
