INVITATION FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF
OFFICE EQUIPMENT
Ethiopian
Telecommunications Corporation Fixed Line invites sealed Bid from
eligible bidders for the procurement of OFFICE EQUIPMENT.
1. The
Tender remains floating from December 1, 2008 until December 22,
2008. Bid Documents can be obtained from ETC’s Legehar Building 3rd
floor Office Room No. 332 (Addis Ababa) during office hours upon
payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 30.00 (Thirty Birr).
Bidders should submit all their renewed original license & VAT
certificate with copies (if they are registered) when they come to
obtain the bid documents
2. Bidders
shall furnish as part of their bid, security of Birr 6,000.00 (Six
Thousand).
3. The
Bid bond must be in either of the following form
a) Cash
b) Certified
cheque (CPO) issued by a recognized Bank or
c) Bank
guarantee from recognized
4. Bidders
who wish to submit Bid security in the form of cash are required to
deposit to ETC fixed line (Legehar Building) cashier, second floor
Room No. 213, on or before December 22, 2008 at 5:00 P.M. and
produce the receipt during the bid opening.
5. Bidders
should prepare their offer in a wax-sealed envelope clearly labeling
their address and the tender number and deposit in the box situated
at 3rd floor Room No. 320 on or before December 22, 2008
at 5:00 P.M.
6. Bids
will be opened in the presence of interested bidders or their
representatives at ETC (fixed line) Legehar Building 4th
floor Room No. 420 on December 23, 2008 at 3:00 P.M.
7. Partial
bidding is allowed.
8. The
Corporation reserves the right to reject all or part of the bid.
