1. Eligible
and interested medical suppliers can bid for these different medical
supplies.
2.
Bids should be accompanied by a bid security of Birr 30,000
in a certified check, CPO or Bank guarantees.
3. Offer
should be submitted in the ERCS /Ref/134/01 tender box before or on
1st December, 2009 at 12:00 P.M. local time during working days.
4. Bids
will be opened on December 1st at 2:30 P.M. local time in presence of bidders or their legal representatives.
5. Sample
should be provide by the bidders for all items except for items no,
13, 14, 17, and 20 before bids opening day.
6. Sample
for Items No. 15 is available in the procurement division Room No.
120.
7. HBs
Ag and HIV kits are to be supplied in two batches with different
expiry dates.
8. ERCS
reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
