Rescue Committee (IRC), non governmental organization invites sealed
bid from interested and suitably qualified suppliers who have
current year renewed license for the following construction
materials.

Bidding will be
conducted though open competitive tender process. Interested and
eligible bidders may obtain further information form International

A complete set
of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested
bidders from IRC office during working hours from Tuesday 4th
Monday 10th November 2008 at the address indicated above
and upon payment of non-refundable fee of ETB 100.00 (Hundred Birr)
on cash. The prospective bidder shall present his company’s name,
copy of the license and sing to acknowledge receipts of the bid
documents All bids must be accompanied by a bid bond of 1% of the
bid amount in the form of an irrevocable Bank Guarantee or Insurance
Bond and submitted in wax-sealed two separate envelopes marked
‘Original’ and ‘Copy’ at IRC Office at an address specified above by
not later than 10:00 A,M, of Monday 10th November
2008.
Bid will be
opened in the presence Bidder representatives at
11:00 A.M. of Monday 10th,
November 2008 at IRC
Office Conference Room at the above specified address.
The
International Rescue Committee (IRC) reserves the right to reject
the whole or part of the Bid. |
