office hours against a non-refundable payment of Birr 150.00 (One
Hundred Fifty) only starting from the date of this notice. All bid
must be accompanied by a bid security of 1% Bid Bond before or on
the closing date in the form of a Cahiers Payment Order (CPO) or
Cash at the bidder option. Bidders should submit their offers in
wax-sealed and technical specification in a separate envelopes to
the company before or on November 26, 2008, 10:00 A.M.
