or RC01 to submit wax-sealed technical and financial proposals or
bids for the construction of OLD DEPO to NOC, Papyrus Hotel-Cattle
Market, NOC-Bahir Dar Preparatory School, Abay Square-Back of
Management Institute, Bale Egzeabher Church-Bahir Dar Preparatory
School-Poly Peda Road & Saint Yohanis Clinic-Bale Egzeabher Church
Asphalt Roads Project.
1. To
be eligible for Bidding for this Project, the Contractors must have
their Professional license valid for the year 2001 E.C. and
registered for VAT.
2. Inspection
and acquisition of the Tendering Documents and further information
can be obtained from our office at:

3. A
complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by all contenders
those who renewed there license and paid all tax needed from them
for the year at the above office, on submission of a written
application and up on payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr
1000.00 (One Thousand Birr only). at or before 2:30 P.M. of the 45th
day of the announcement.
4. All
bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form and the
amount as specified in the Bidding documents and must delivered to:

5. Technical
proposals will be opened at 3:00 P.M. on the 45th day of
the announcement and Financial Proposal swill be opened for
responsive bidders after 10 days of bid opening in the presence of
Bidders/representatives who choose to attend.
6. One
original and two copies for each should be submitted.
7. The
Bahir Dar City Service Office reserves the right to accept or reject
any or all tenders without any reason.
