RE-INVITATION TO BIDS
Coffee
Plantation Development Enterprise re-invites interested and eligible
bidders for the supply of Stationeries under the following
conditions.
1. The
bid document shall be obtained from supply Department against
payment of a non refundable fee of Birr 30.00 (thirty Birr) during
office hours up on presentation of registration certificate and
renewed Trade License copies.
2. Bid
must be accompanied by bid bond of not less than 2% of the total
price in the form of Bank Guarantee, C.P.O. Cash.
3. Bid
shall be submitted in singed and sealed envelope.
4. All
bids proposal must be submitted in the tender box on or before
December 3, 2009 at 10:00 A.M. in Supply Department.
5. Bid
will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives
on December 3, 2009 at 10:30 A.M.
6. Late
arrival of bid document will be rejected and returned unopened.
7. The
bid shall be closed and opened at Coffee Plantation Development
Enterprise conference Hall.
8. The
Enterprise reserves the right either to reject or accept all partial
of the bids.
