1. The
Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has received Credit from the
International Development Association (IDA) toward the cost of
information and Communication Technology Assisted Development
(ICTAD) Project, and it intends to apply a portion of the fund to
eligible payment under the contract for which this RFP issued.
2. The
Ethiopian ICT Development Agency, Information and Communications
Technology Assisted Development Project now invites separated and
sealed Technology and Financial proposals form eligible bidders for
the provision of the flowing Consultancy Service.

A firm will be selected under the Quality and Cost Based
selection procedures described in this RFP, in accordance with the
World Ban’s Guidelines on the Selection and Employment of
Consultants which can be found in the flowing website:

4. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information from Ethiopian ICT
Development Agency, information and Communication Technology
Assisted Development (ICTAD) Project and inspect the Request for
Proposal Documents during working days and hours from 8:30 A.M. to
12:30 and from 1;30 P.M. to 5:30 P.M. at the address given below.
5. Qualifications

purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written
