The Ethiopian
Shipping Liens invites interested eligible bidder who can supply
various types of stationery items as per terms conditions and
quantity indicated in the bid documents.
A complete set
of bid document can be obtained form Ethiopian Shipping Lines office
2nd floor General Service Division against payment of
non-refundable Birr 150.00 (One Hundred and Fifty) during office
hours after furnishing evidence for fulfilling of eligibility
criteria. Bidders should submit renewed license, VAT registration
certificate form concerned government bodies.
Bids must be
accompanied by bid security of 2% of the bid amount in the form of
certified check (CPO).
Bids should be
submitted in a separate wax sealed envelope as listed below.

Envelope two Financial proposal
(Price Schedule) with original and copy
Bid should be
dripped in tender box placed in Ethiopian Shipping Lines S.C. 2nd
floor at Human Resource Management & Administration Department
within 10 (Ten) working days from the date of announcement on The
Ethiopian Herald.
Bid closing date
shall be on the 10th (tenth) working day at 5:00PM local
time. Bid shall be opened on the 11th (eleventh) working
day at 10:00AM in the presence of bidders or their legal
representative.
If bid opening
date falls on holiday, the bid will be opened on the next working
day at the same time. Bids received after due date, incomplete in
any respect and/or not accompanied by the required documents are
liable to reject.
Ethiopian
Shipping Lines reserves the right to accept or reject any or all
bid.
