Re-Invitation to Express Interested
for the Consultancy
Services for the Construction Supervision of Afdera-Abala
Road Project Contract 1: Hawusewa-Abla-Irebti

The Ethiopian
Roads Authority has allocated funds and intends to apply part of the
proceeds of these funds towards the cost of the Consultancy Services
for the construction supervision of Afdera-Abala Road Project
Contract 1: Hawusewa-Abala-Irebti.
The Ethiopian
Roads Authority now invites suitably qualified bidders to submit
sealed expressions of interested.
The project has
a length of 94Km with Asphalt Concrete Standard and is located in
Afar and Tigray Regional States.
Expressions of
interest will be evaluated in accordance with the Public Procurement
Proclamation of the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of
Ethiopia.
Participation is
open to all eligible bidders.
Interested
eligible bidders may submit expressions of interest to Ethiopian
Roads Authority in three copies.
The expression
of interest shall comprise the following information:
Experiences of road projects with
pavement type, length in km and all other necessary descriptions.
Annual turnover
Permanent personnel related to the
service.
Company establishment (Technical and
managerial organization of the firm, Brochures, Office, Vehicles,
Material Laboratory, Computers, Software, Surveying Equipment and
Core business and year in the business); and
Eligibility documents
Expressions of
Interest must be delivered to the address below at or before
November 18, 2008 at 4:30 P.M. Late submissions may be rejected.
