Invitation for Consultancy Service
The Federal
Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has received a Grant form the
African Development Bank to finance the cost of Institutional
Support Project to the Ministry of Women’s Affairs Office Project.
The objective of the project is to establish grater local
Institutional and human capacity of the Ministry, Selected Regional
Women’s Affairs Offices and Women’s Affairs Department at MOFED in
order to design and implement Gonder Sensitive Policy and
Development planning interventions, among others.
Accordingly,
Ministry of Women’s Affairs intends to conduct various training
workshops on diverse issues at National and Regional Level and
invites potential and well experienced consulting firms to submit
their technical and financial proposals to be engaged in this work.
Interested and
eligible consulting firms may collect Standard Letter of Invitation
(LOI) or Request for Proposals (RFP) which includes Seven (7) Terms
of Reference (TOR) up to payment of non-refundable ETB 30.00

Consulting firms
are required to submit their technical and financial proposals for
each trainings in sealed envelop separately within 30 (Thirty)
consecutive days from the date of this announcement. While preparing
the technical and financial proposals, consulting firms need to take
in to account and follow strictly all the instructions stated in LOI
(RFP).
